I’ve been attending Trinity’s classes for just over a year now and she is great! Friendly, professional and adapts some exercises for me if need be. All staff are so friendly and the classes are exactly what I need at this stage of life! I travel a lot so E5Fit is flexible allowing me to pause my membership when needed. I am so happy I found this gym! I love the philosophy and approach of E5Fit, it's unlike other gyms I've worked out at in the past. The group fitness classes are made up of well-designed full-body workouts incorporating strength training and cardio. The trainers are excellent and always make sure to offer different levels of difficulty for people based on their individual needs, all while making sure you are pushing yourself to improve. I never feel like I'm going to risk injury. An added bonus, the group fitness classes are super fun with wonderful people. I highly recommend joining E5Fit!


I hate gyms but I work out out of vanity. E5fit has been the perfect option for me. The semi personal training sessions in small groups have been fantastic! Never more than 4 or 5 people and trainers really check your postures and challenge you. Eric IS THE BEST TRAINER EVER!!!

You’ll meet with a trainer multiple times per week, depending on the plan that best fits your schedule and goals. Most clients train 2–3 times weekly.
We run rolling enrollments, so you can start as soon as your spot is confirmed. Don’t wait — we limit the number of participants to ensure personal attention.
Our trainers offer flexible time slots, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. We’ll work with your availability to make sure you stay consistent.
